It’s that time of year again…
HESA will be coordinating efforts with the Center for the Study of Higher Education to support student travel to the ASHE conference in Charlotte, NC. The dates of this year’s conference are November 16-19th. For more information see: http://www.ashe.ws/?page=728
HESA hopes to secure support from UPAC for conference registration fees and lodging costs. It is unlikely that the entire cost of attendance will be covered, but we all know that any little bit will help!
In order to be a part of HESA’s coordinated efforts to secure funding for lodging and conference registration fees, you must be a DUES PAYING member of HESA. Dues are $10 for first year students, $20 for everyone else.
If you think you would like to go to ASHE, please email Jess Bennett (jcb5416@psu.edu) by SEPTEMBER 15th. This RSVP is for our preliminary application for funding, and is not a binding commitment to attend the conference.
